I cannot download your Plugin from Envato. This is extremely frustrating. I get the strong feeling that Envato is forcing me to pay for their Envato Studio" to access your plugin. What the hell. That kind of practice is from the stone age. It makes you company look bad. Why not simply supply the ZIP-File from your own website and skip envato since they pressure your customers. I´ve been watching tutorials, signed up with a few websites and more all just to f..... access that ZIP-File. I´m not sure if there is a way to better systematically distance customers from your service than using that stupid envato site.

envato can´t solve the problem. They are very polite but nonetheless doing a half ass job. It doesn´t seem to really bother anybody that your plugin is not downloadable. I attached the e-mails so you can look at them. Old is at the top, new at the bottom. If you can´t solve the problem I´ll probably cancel the purchase. The best plugin in the world isn´t worth this hassle against bureaucracy.

Thanks a lot for the plugin. I don´t know why it doesn´t work. You should know though, that envato is doing this. I documented the case in the screenshots to make clear that envato is basically forcing me to buy their paid service for installing your plugin. It makes envato look really bad, but also makes your company look bad for choosing this way of distribution.

I´m sorry about that. i wrote envato that I have this problem, but they don´t know how to fix it or connect me to someone who can fix it, so I gave up.
