Hello! I just purchased and installed your Amelia plugin — I love it!
However, I am having an issue with the appearance customization feature... when I go in and change the colors or font and click save, I just get this error message (see attached screenshot).
Is there a fix for this?
Hi Tim,
Thank you for the purchase.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
One other question, is there a way to set specific time slots for certain services? We are selling group coaching sessions and need to be able to set a few specific time slots for that service each month since that is not a service we offer every day.
Thanks,
-Tim
Hi Tim,
Thank you for the purchase.
It seams that your server is out of memory. Can you contact your hosting provider, and ask them to increase memory limit. This is the error thrown by the server:
As for your question, we plan to add this functionality very soon (next or second to next update from now). For now, maybe this can be achieved by setting another employee, and setting for him range of dates off before and after custom dates.
