I Would like to create a personal appointment for a specific day and specific start time and end time (the tool "days off" won't work because it's for an entire day). How can I make this so my clients can't make a reservation during that time slot ? Thanks
Then in this case the best option will be to use Google Calendar.
Enter your private appointment in your Google calendar every time you have an appointment and that period will not be possible to book in your services.
