Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.
Yes there is an issue when you are using special characters in table like (,),%... which is not server-side and use filters like selectbox, checkbox and multiselectbox. This is forward to my development team to investigate. For now please remove that brackets from your source and filters like checkbox, selectbox or multi-selectbox or create table with third option in table wizard after which will be created table in database and all filters use different logic in compare with non server-side option(in this case is used built in functionality form Datatables jQuery plugin on which is based our plugin) and filters will work fine.
