    People are not able to book an appointment if they visit the site outside of the working hours set in the settings. That's why your support team was not able to replicate the issue as you work within the set time of Amelia. 

    The behavior:

    I set the working hours to 8am to 6pm.

    Visiting the site within that timeframe gives me the option to make an appointment.

    I visit the site after 6pm and I am not able to select a time slot to book an appointment and get the javascript message:

    "undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.data.data.slots') Cannot read property 'slots' of undefined"

    Screenshot 1 shows that the calendar shows the days but past days are not cancelled out.

    When I then set working hours to e.g 8pm and visit the site lets say at 6:30 I am again able to book appointments and past days are cancelled out (screenshot 2).

    I want customers to be able to book appointments 24/7 and I am sure that's also the aim of the plugin. I have provided login details in my previous ticket.

    fortunately when I try to reproduce this today its working fine. Last night overtime I made the changes it worked or did not work. I will investigate this further.

    Just now its 7:20pm here in the Netherlands. I cannot book any appointments. I do not know whats happening.

    Hi Yourphysio,

    Auto update will be released on Monday. Can you please get back to me when you change working hours so we can investigate the issue that you have with booking an appointment?

    Any setting I am trying to apply results in the error (screenshot). This has happened after updating to the new release.

    Again I am not able to schedule bookings at this time 6pm. The plugin works in the morning and not at night. But you can't investigate this issue as your support stops before the issue occurs. It happens repeatedly now (past three days).

    Hi Yourphysio,

    Ok I see now what is the error. Can you please provide me CPanel/FTP credentials so I can fix the issue? Regarding the settings saving it works fine for me. Can you please try to clear cache and try does it work? What settings did you try to save?

    I fixed the issue with the booking without FTP. Can you please take a look at the settings again? It sees that saving settings is working for me fine.
