Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
Uznip downloaded .zip file.
You need to download and install POEDIT or any other similar WordPress translation software.
After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/th/wpamelia-th.po.
Translate all the strings that are not translated
Save the translation.
Go to ameliabooking/languages/th/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-th.po and wpamelia-th.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/th/.

I will try to install WPML and see if it can be translated with it, but I think that it can, because all string in our plugin are wrapped. Can you please tell me what two languages are you using on your website?
