We have added an employee in Amelia and connected a Wordpress user to the employee. When adding a new service, we are asked to assign an employee to the service and the field is required (*). When trying to select an employee the dropdown says "no data". We have removed a readded the employee with user role "Amelia employee" but it still says "no data".
the console shows: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.data.data.employees')
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Please provide me a temporary FTP login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Okay, yes indeed I am able to add services. I did a test booking but when I now try to make another booking I can't select the date and time in the calendar. Javascript notification: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.data.data.slots')

Sorry to re-open this so soon but the same problem is occurring again. On your draft site and on our booking site. It's not that urgent because we are not on a production site yet but the issue keeps happening. JS console shows the same message as in my previous reply: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.data.data.slots') Cannot read property 'slots' of undefined
edit: this morning the booking works again. But we are worried that stability may be difficult when going live
