I have just installed this and it is not working. I just get an egg timer spinning? And the booking system never loads

Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please provide me the link of that page, so I can take a look.
Also please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you please tell me if you change the theme to for example twenty seventeen do you still have the same issue.
This is necessary to know to be sure if the issue is with the theme that you are using.

There is a small bug on our side when you hide the location and then make it visible later.
We are looking on fix the issue for the next update.
Just if you do it again please go to customers and save again your customers in order to work properly.
