Can you please tell me do you use accent grave (`) in that queries like:
SELECT * FROM `your_table_name`
If that is the case please remove it and searching will work.
From version 2.3 we implement feature that you can use multiply separate db connections for (MySQL,MSSQL and PostgreSQL) and for MySQL engine we are dynamically adding accent grave (`).
About the future question:
When you are posting on ticket that are not yours or have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is described already.
Global Search is not working after updating from 2.2.1 to 2.3.2
On my live site you can see here that you can search the table. http://www.thecouponingcouple.com/coupon-database-mobile-friendly/
I updated the plugin in my staging area and the data populates but you can not search: http://couponingcpl.staging.wpengine.com/coupon-database-mobile-friendly/
This query is using a view and I been using for a long time with no problems until I tried the update.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tommy
Hi Tommy,
Yes we need all tables that you are using in this view, so we can try to reproduce same issue.
Best regards.
