    I had a zumba class yesterday.... the appointment was there yesterday and I had saved it, I have gone onto the plugin this morning and it has disappeared! I am unable to delete anything on Amelia and so I have definitely not accidentally deleted it and I now can not recreate the appointment because it is in the past. I have had ALOT of problems with your plugin and I am not happy! I just simply want to run my fitness classes and have them book in through my website and so far your plugin has continuously made this very difficult!

    Hi cccfitness,

    Sorry for the inconvenience but it is not possible that appointment disappear from the  plugin unless you deleted one of these:

    • Appointment
    • Employee that was assigned to the appointment
    • Appointment service
    • Or the customer that scheduled the appointment

    Did you delete one of these? Do you remember how that appointment is made? Did you create it from the back-end or someone of your customers schedule it from the front-end?

    I created it on the backend and it was there yesterday. I have spoken to you before and you know that I am unable to delete anything off Amelia so I haven’t deleted it myself. It had 7 people booked onto it yesterday and it’s not even there today now

    Can you please send us your database access so we can check if there is an appointment in the database? Just please check PRIVATE so nobody else can see your credentials.

    Hi cccfitness,

    We checked the database and there was never the appointment for the 15th November. I see that because the next increment ID for the appointment is 9, and the last appointment that you have in the database has ID 8. Maybe you forgot to save it or something like that, but the appointment was never saved. Can you please try to make a test appointment and see if everything will be fine with it?

    I have created a new appointment fine.... however last week when I first made the appointment it was fine.. and then I had 2 people book in to the class themselves and it was still fine.... I then did the class and booked the rest in and saved it and it was fine...it wasn't until the next day it was gone!
