My client has had several customers request gift cards. This a feature used a lot in the health and beauty industry and is very popular with customers to give to loved ones and friends.

Sorry I answered this in the other ticket. But here is my reply:

When someone pays for a gift card it will be added to the revenue. How is this possible with a 100% coupon? I understand that a coupon code could be paid for in cash or via external terminal but how can it be added to the revenue?

I theory, a gift card should be a booking without date, hour, location and employee. This way it could be paid for in advance and added to revenue. 

If possible maybe a combination of the above that generates an unique discount code for the gift card when it is paid for, that the recipient then uses when she/he books an appointment.
