We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi! Working on my project and just noticed that wpDataTable is not responding to input value change made by using input type=number arrows up/down. Looks like a bug.
I have number range filter that lets user select numbers "from" and "to". Everything works when adding value by keyboard, but nothing happens when user uses browser provided arrows up/down (not really sure what the term for them is). See attachment if it is unclear what I mean. However if I change value by arrows and then press enter on input - then table reacts. So the issue might be with table responding to only changes using keyboard.
Hi Creatium,
Thank you for yogur purchase.
We are not sure why this is happened, because it is working fine in our local environment and also on our live presentation sandbox where you can try it also and try to reproduce same issue.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Sorry, but none of the demos work for me. I tried Firefox and Chrome latest versions - not working.
Tried demo on this site: http://sandbox.wpdatatables.com/large-table-demo/
And here: https://wpdatatables.com/ (demo section)
I am attaching a short video showing that its not working for me. You can also find this video here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yKtasyHTSFYbhbwFh5AP-W0QddCTULTo/view
You will see that nothing happens when I press arrows "up/down" inside input. Only if I press any keyboard button table gets reorganized and shows results.
Hi Creatium,
Yes I can see on what you mean and at the moment is working if you choose value with those arrows in number input and then you need to press any key on keyboard because it is triggered on keyup event. I will forward this to my team on investigation and find better solution for next major update.
Best regards.

Isidora Markovic
