In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there,
I bought this new license and it doesn’t work at all, in spite of my set up as it should be, you can see in this link(https://atfrj.org.br/2017/terapeutas/) that it is not working.
I have another license on (http://abratef.org.br/2018/associados-regionais-abratef/) it is an old version 1.7.2 and it is working fine.
Could you please help me, or I have to downgrade this new version?

Please note that on Monday, November 12th was non-working day due to the National holiday. Because of this, there will be likely a delay in reply to your tickets, possibly until Tuesday the 13th of November. We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days
We notice that you are using Cherry plugin that cause this issue because it is using jQuery version 1.7.2 (attachment). Our plugin from version 2.0 using bootstrap framework for layout of the tables and it requires at list 1.9.1 version of jQuery. You can deactivate jQuery that is included with Cherry framework and request a compatible version for WordPress from the Google CDN and you can find instructions here.
Version 1.7.2 is not using bootstrap for layout and that is the reason why is working on your second website.
