Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see them except us.
You can download .zip file at https://codecanyon.net/downloads by clicking on Download button and then All files & documentation (please take a look at the image from the attachment). After that you can upload the .zip file on your WordPress site and install the plugin.
I don't see a zip file when I download it. I see many different regular files, none of which ends with .zip. When I simply create a zip file out of the main folder, I can upload it, but I get an error message each time.
Can you send me your login WordPress login credentials and I will install the plugin for you? Just check PRIVATE so nobody else can see this credentials.
Ok I now know that issue is PHP version. Can you please update the PHP version to 5.5 or higher? Our plugin requires minimum version of PHP 5.5 but we recommend to update to 7 or more, because of better website performance.
If you don't know how to update PHP please contact your hosting provider and they will do this for you. After that plugin will work.
We also have an error when trying to upload the zip file. The website disconnects after going above 60% of upload. I have tried to upload the zip file with Cyberduck but it cannot expand the zip file there.
I must say for a plugin in PAID, a failed install is just horrendous. I am truly disappointed. Please help.
I have a similar issue. The downloaded update installs very slowly. Once it reaches about 50% after 2 HOURS, it eventually fails with an error message "Upload error (code -200) : HTTP Error. (make sure that you were trying to upload a zip file".
Our plugin size is pretty big. Around 16MB and because of the server configuration, the plugin can't be installed by uploading the .zip file directly from the WordPress Plugins page. I suggest you, if you have possibilities, to change these option like below for the PHP on your server:
@VitaSanaTua, @db533 Can you please open a new ticket in Amelia category with your purchase keys and we will help you installing the plugin on your website?
Thanks for this information. However, our company's IT director is really annoyed by this. First we purchase the product, and cannot install it without going through the FTP, for which we needed support with our provider.
Then we are told that your product does not support TIME ZONES.
Then you tell me it cannot be uploaded through the WordPress plugin page.
I mean, why can't you just INFORM your prospective clients from the start instead of letting us go through hoops through support ??? ESPECIALLY if it's the same for everybody!
"I mean, why can't you just INFORM your prospective clients from the start instead of letting us go through hoops through support ??? ESPECIALLY if it's the same for everybody!"
- This error is not the same for everybody, than it depends on server configuration. 90% of users can install the plugin through WordPress Plugins page. If you have FTP, you can send open the separate ticket in Amelia category and provide FTP credentials. After that I will install the plugin for you.
The plugin is 8.7 Mb which is by no means a large file to upload.
With your php settings amended, the upload fails in the same manner, this time after 1,7 Mb of the 8,7 Mb, again after around 2-3 hours of "uploading".
Previous updates have uploaded without problem and within 1 minute, same as all other plugin installs. I don't know why this update is failing. I'll try FTPing it over the weekend, but this really should not be needed. Feels like the update itself is corrupted in some way.
My support period has expired so I can't raise a ticket with my purchase key.
How you support expired because there is a 6 months of the support, and the Amelia plugin exists 5 months on CodeCanyon. Are you maybe speaking about wpDataTables plugin, because this ticket is in Amelia category?
When I try to activate the plugin in Word press, it says there is a "fatal error." I have downloaded it several times with the same result.
Thank,
Yael

My bad. Yes, I'm referring to wpDataTables. I'll pick it up in their forum.
