jQuery version

I have ran into an issue with the plugin where I get a javascript error…

'Uncaught TypeError: e.indexOf is not a function.'

It seems to be due to the use of $(window).load in the plugin js assets.

This was deprecated as of jQuery version 1.8 in favour of $(window).on('load', handler)

I am using jQuery version 3.3.1. Can you confirm that the plugin should work with this jQuery version? It seems wrong to me that a recently updated plugin would require such an old version of jQuery.

    Many thanks.

    Andrew.

    Hi Andrew,
    Thank you for your purchase.

At the moment we have some issues with the 3.x version of jQuery but we are looking to find some proper solution. We might have one solution so can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
