In file wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/css/backend/amelia-booking.css around line 3047 you will find this selector
just change the display to none and that filed should be hidden on backend.
Keep in mind that next update will overwrite this change.
Or as a suggestion you can use this plugin to save the CSS changes to the admin dashboard.
