In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

How can I translate the user role?

    Basically that. I want to translate or at least remove the prefix "Amelia" to all user roles, which appear in the list of users and inside each user's profile.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Yes you can change that, but you need to modify some file in core of the plugin. In file wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/config/Roles.php around lines 90, 103 and 120 you will find this

'label'        => __('Amelia Customer', 'amelia'),
#Line 103
'label'        => __('Amelia Employee', 'amelia'),
#Line 120
'label'        => __('Amelia Manager', 'amelia'),

    and you need to remove Amelia from label like this:

'label'        => __('Customer', 'amelia'),
#Line 103
'label'        => __('Employee', 'amelia'),
#Line 120
'label'        => __('Manager', 'amelia'),

    After those changes you need to deactivate/activate plugin so changes will be applied.

    Please note that this will be overwritten in next update so you need to do it again.
