We bought the WPdatatables last week and we are facing a bug in the program. When we make a column and we want to change something by clicking on the weel, we don’t see any options @ the data/sort/filter etc buttons. We also dont see these things in other menu's like in the graph.
This looks like there is some conflict with other plugin.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Ok as I can see a lot of plugins is activated on your site and this issue is related when some other plugin runs their scripts an all pages in WordPress dashboard and in our plugin also.
In order to not break something ( and also the practice is that we do not do that ), I will ask you to disable all other plugins and see which one may cause the issue because this issue is almost 99% related to conflict with other plugin.
