Is it possible to have a custom time for a service?
For example one service is only available in the afternoon, another only form 3 PM to 5 PM and so on. Where can I choose this?
At the moment it's only possible to choose time over Employees?

Yes, at the moment it is only possible to set time settings on the Employees side, so you will have to connect each service that has custom time with different employee and adjust the time settings for each employee to suit your needs. We have this feature on our features list here, and we would be very grateful if you could vote for it. We plan to follow our users needs and implement the most requested features first.
