In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

How do you set up an appointment/service where there is a group rate, not a per-person rate?
If I have "Bringing anyone with you", the price is multiplied by the number of people selected, but if you don't have that as an option, it says it's for one person.
I'm setting this up for a photography site, and they don't charge by the person for a family photo shoot.

Yes, you are right, our plugin functions like that at the moment, but there is a workaround. You can set each service as a single appointment and add more information in Service name, like Family photo shoot (3 persons), Family photo shoot (4 persons), if your service time and/or price depends on the number of persons. If your service duration and price are always the same and you just need this number of persons as info, you can add a custom field to the booking form where people will write the number of persons.
