I have just purchased your plugin "Amelia" and have uploadet using FTP to my website. After uploading I'm trying to activate the plugin and I've got the following error:

My version of WordPress is v4.9.8, and my website is running as a sub domain. I think it shouldn't be a problem does it? Can you help me solving the problem?

Thank you for the purchase.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login and FTP credentials (or CPanel) for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see them except us.

I just commented the line:
in file ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/InstallActions/ActivationSettingsHook.php and now plugin is activated.
If you have any more issues don't hesitate to open a new ticket.
