We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    Could you please tell me how can I add a half day off in the calendar for a specific employee? It looks like we can only add a full day off under the "employee" section.

    Hi Olivia,

    At the moment it is possible to add only one or multiple days off, it is not possible to add a half day off, but you can change the employees working hours for that particular day and reduce the working hours.

    Hi Olivia,

    Please go to the Employees page, if you've created employee, click on it to edit. The Employee modal will open and you will see a third tab Work hours, there you can change it. If you still don't have any employee, click on the Add Employee button and do the same. More about this you can read and see here https://wpamelia.com/employees/.

    Hi Isidora,

    Let say employee A is taking Friday 9th afternoon off only. If I update it into her working hours like you told me, it won't update only Friday 9th afternoon, it will update every Friday afternoon. 

    You said that I can "change the employees working hours for that particular day and reduce the working hours"

    How can I do so?

    Hi Olivia,

    Sorry for this misunderstanding, I wasn't clear I meant on the all Fridays but I said particular day because a thought on the other days in the week. I didn't understand you correctly, I thought that you need this to set for all Fridays. Unfortunately it is not possible to configure working hours for just one day at the moment, but we will certainly think about this in the future and implement more options.
