Yes you are not seeing option Limit table width because you turn on option Scrollable. If you turn off option Scrollable you will see option Limit table width. In wpdatatables you can use only one of them at the time.
Button "Limit table width" Missing
I have the problem that in the display setting the button "Limit table width" is missing!
