Your plugin works very well on all OS (Windows - Google Chrome, IE - MacOS - Safari, Google Chrome - Android Tablet and phone, Safari on iPhone iOS)
But does not work on IPad (tested on Safari and Google Chrome).
The plugin is not displayed, while everything is well configured.
My business requires that the plugin works on all platforms. Can you help me ?Looking forward to your answer.

Could you tell me if this problem occurs on the front-end booking form or on the back-end, or both? And could you please tell me which version are you using?
