Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
When I try to add an employee to Amelia, I get the error:
Also, my wordpress user does not show up in the dropdown, and also I frequently get the following error when editing settings:
I am using WordPress 4.9.8 running GrandPhotography theme.
I did some digging to find out what the error was, and the exception inside WeedDayRepository.php is:
Seems like the install did not create wp_amelia_providers_to_weekdays:
I used sed to get rid of forcing the mysql engine to InnoDB
Then deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but things are still a bit funky, and don't appear to be working properly.
Hi Derek Snider,
Thank you for the purchase.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login and CPanel credentials for your site credentials where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see them except us.
I will try to reinstall the plugin from scratch and see if this will happen again.
