When I try to add an employee to Amelia, I get the error:

Unable to add data in AmeliaBooking\Infrastructure\Repository\Schedule\WeekDayRepository

Also, my wordpress user does not show up in the dropdown, and also I frequently get the following error when editing settings:

Cannot read property 'settings' of undefined

I am using WordPress 4.9.8 running GrandPhotography theme.

I did some digging to find out what the error was, and the exception inside WeedDayRepository.php is:

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'wordpress.wp_amelia_providers_to_weekdays'

Seems like the install did not create wp_amelia_providers_to_weekdays:

I used sed to get rid of forcing the mysql engine to InnoDB

find wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking -type f -name "*.php" -exec sed -i 's/ENGINE=InnoDB//g' {} \;

Then deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but things are still a bit funky, and don't appear to be working properly.
