We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    I have 3 questions that I cannot find information on within Amelia

    1. Firstly, where do I get a shortcode from to add the plugin to my pages?

    2. Is it possible to remove a field from the custom area. I want to change 'service' to 'property' and show just that field. I tried to change 'service' to 'property, but it hasn't changes as yet. I also want to remove 'bringing anyone with you?'

    3. Is there a way to book appointment without it being assigned to a 'employee'?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. Please follow this link to see the explanation (you can read below the Video or you can see the explanation at 00:28 seconds in our video)

    2. To change 'service' to 'property' go to the Settings/Labels and you will see the option to change this. If you have just one employee only this dropdown will be visible on the front. As for the 'Bringing anyone with you' option, in the service modal under the minimum and maximum capacity you will see the option to hide this. The option for hiding will not be visible until you set the capacity larger than one.

    3. Unfortunately no, but if you create just one employee (to connect it with everything so the plugin can function properly), this dropdown will not be visible on the front-end.
