We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I know you have the feature where a form can be locked wherein a user can only be able to see and edit their own data. However, is it possible for a user to be able to see all the data but only be able to edit what the admin allows them to edit?

If not, what would be the work around, or is this something that could specially coded for me and what would your rate to do so?

    Thanks,
    Joel E.

    Hi Joel E,
    Thank you for your inquire.

We have plans to integrate this functionality but development didn't start yet. This would require custom solution development and our usual rate is 50$/h. Number of hours necessary to do this and final price would be determined based on the details.

    Hi Miljko,

Thanks for your response and those details. I will keep you posted as to whether or not we will require the custom solution development.

Also, is there a calendar view that can be applied to a table?

    Cheers,
    Joel E.

    Hi Joel E,

Unfortunately there is no calendar view built in at this moment.
