    My WP is ver 4.9.8.

    My purchase code is: 400b60e6-75d3-49f5-8d23-6deb3397a763                   

    I just purchased WPDataTables plugin. Installed it. but when I try to activate it 

    I get the message: 

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '&' or variable (T_VARIABLE) in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/codecanyon-3958969-wpdatatables-tables-and-charts-manager-for-wordpress/lib/markbaker/complex/classes/src/operations/add.php on line 18

    Thank you for your purchase.

    This error occurs when you have PHP version lower than 5.6 installed on your server. From version 2.3 our plugin require PHP version 5.6 or higher and we strongly recommend 7 or higher
