We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We need filters for charts. So we are inserting both table and chart in a single page using the shortcode. But in that case both table and chart are not displaying and getting a javascript error in the error console. The error is "Cannot set property 'data' of undefined" in wdt.chartJS.min.js?ver=2.3:1.
But both chart and table are displayed properly if only either one of them is inserted in the page.
We are using Avada theme in the site.
Please give a reply asap. Thanks in advance.
Hi Rahul,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Can you please provide me a link where you are using those charts and table, so I can take a look?
If you are using two charts with same id it will not work. You have to copy one of them so you will have same charts but with different id's.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Thanks for replying.
I am not using 2 charts with same id. One table and chart linked to that table, because I need filtering for the chart. This is the link.
https://www.in4.0.testme.es/graphs/
Now graph is displayed because I have modified the source code in wdt.chartJS.min.js. But I don't think that is the right way because it should work without modifying the code.
My requirement is to show chart for a survey table, where I want to show percentage of response. Is there is way to do percentage calculation based on response count.
Region in pie chart I have created is separated based on Id column. What I want to show is percentage of each response type with some filtering.
Expecting quick response since it has major impact on my project.
Could you please tell me why the graph is not rendering when I apply filters.
Expecting response atleast this time.
HI Rahul,
MIlan is not at the office right now but I will try to help you out.
Can you please tell me did you checked Follow table filtering option for the chart?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
