We are using standard translate mechanism with PO and MO files which should be translatable with WPML or Poedit.
We do not have German language because we are not German speakers so we can't translate the plugin to German correctly.
You can translate all the strings by using POEDIT for example, and if it is possible send us the translation that we will include in the next update.
