I have purchased Report builder from your site and I am having problem to download report. My web page is running on synology diskstation DS918 with instaled PHP5.6. I cannot share link because it is internal web page with confidential informations. I have put very simple docx template without any variables, just simple text to view whether it is working. After creating report I tried to download report and I got simple http error 500 which is hard to identify. I have found some tips on the web like repeare .htaccess file or try to dissable all plugins but nothing works for me. Can you help me some how ? Maybe there is something specific need for php configuration that I dont kow. Thanks

Hi Peter,
If you are preparing a single MS Word DOCX report for all table’s rows, you can use repeating blocks for each row instead of a table. To do this use layout like:
${wpDataTable.row}Column1: ${column1.all}
Column2: ${column2.all} …
${/wpDataTable.row}
Basically, block that you want to repeat for each row must be wrapped in ${wpDataTable.row}…{/wpDataTable.row}, and the cell reference is same as for the tables – ${column.all}.
You can try to make report from file in attachment.

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the website's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there are some errors?
