We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

is there a way to change the appearing order of the payment options?
I am offering "On Site" "Paypal" and "Credit Card". Currently "On Site" is the default option if the customer does not choose a different option. I would love to change that in the way that "Paypal" would be the default option and the customer has to make a choice if he wants to pay by Credit Card or On Site.
From my point of view I absolutely prefer my customers to pay online. I am offering "on site" though, so I do not loose customers who are not comfortable with paying online in advance.
So my preferred order of appearance for payment options would be:
1 (default) Paypal
2 Credit Card (Stripe)
3 On Site
Do you have a solution / workaround to create that?

Hi Johanna,
Unfortunately something like this is not possible out of the box features, but this is a good feature and we will add it from the next update 1.3.2, so you will be able to choose the default payment method.

I have updated Amelia to version 1.3.2 but unfortunately can't find a possibility to set a default payment method. I was expecting finding it in General Settings/Payment. Can I find it anywhere else?

We had to release quick update because emergency issue. So we delayed this feature for the next update. You can see on the image from the attachment that is planned for version 1.3.3. Thank you for understanding.
