We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Video of bug
When I try to select rows in the "pick range" area the checkboxes seem to check and uncheck randomly even when I do not do anything to them. I have tried this in both Safari 12.0 and Chrome 69.0.3497.100.
This is unusable in its current form and I want a refund. There are more issues I will post in separate tickets that make this plugin unusable. I hate that I have to waste my time now submitting these when this is basic functionality that should simply work without my needing to submit tickets. Thanks.
Hi Luke,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry to hear your frustration, this is not something that we want to achieve here, so I will try to explain.
There are 2 options to pick a range:
So this is not a bug, because If you click outside of the checkbox all other checkboxes will be unchecked because of first functionality Click&drag which expect after the click to select desire columns and rows by dragging.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
