We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I created this table and everything seems to work fine (great plugin!):

    SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key`,
    tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key`,
           tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id`,
           tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value`,
           tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`,
           tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_name`,
           tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_type`,
           (SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value` FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta INNER JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts
         ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`
            where tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_birthday') as `birthday` ,
           (SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value`  FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta_1 INNER JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts
         ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`
            where tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_number') as `number`
    FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta
      LEFT JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts
         ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_type` = 'players'
         AND tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`
    WHERE tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_full_name'

but then I try to edit some values, it returns with this error:

Error! There was an error trying to update the row! Error: Unknown column 'ID' in 'where clause'

    What's going wrong?

    Thanks,

    Francesco

    Hi Francesco,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for late response.

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.

When you are using  JOINS with more tables please note that in wpdatatables just one table can be editable at the moment and that is the reason why you can't edit fields in table that you made from two tables.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
