I created this table and everything seems to work fine (great plugin!):
SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key`, tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key`, tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id`, tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value`, tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`, tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_name`, tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_type`, (SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value` FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta INNER JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID` where tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_birthday') as `birthday` , (SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value` FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta_1 INNER JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID` where tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_number') as `number` FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta LEFT JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_type` = 'players' AND tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID` WHERE tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_full_name'
but then I try to edit some values, it returns with this error:
Error! There was an error trying to update the row! Error: Unknown column 'ID' in 'where clause'

When you are using JOINS with more tables please note that in wpdatatables just one table can be editable at the moment and that is the reason why you can't edit fields in table that you made from two tables.
Hi,
I created this table and everything seems to work fine (great plugin!):
SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key`,
tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key`,
tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id`,
tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value`,
tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`,
tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_name`,
tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_type`,
(SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value` FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta INNER JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts
ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`
where tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_birthday') as `birthday` ,
(SELECT tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_value` FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta_1 INNER JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts
ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`
where tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_number') as `number`
FROM tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta
LEFT JOIN tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts
ON tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`post_type` = 'players'
AND tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`post_id` = tacticalpedia_wp_25_posts.`ID`
WHERE tacticalpedia_wp_25_postmeta.`meta_key` = '_player_full_name'
but then I try to edit some values, it returns with this error:
Error! There was an error trying to update the row! Error: Unknown column 'ID' in 'where clause'
What's going wrong?
Thanks,
Francesco
