We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, can I create any sort of Dual Y-axis chart from WpData Table?
if so, please tell me where to select, thanks.
Hi jxc585,
Thank you for your purchase.
From version 2.2 it is possible to create charts with multiple y axis in order to show different units on the same chart. This option is available only in Highcharts engine for Line chart, Spline chart, Basic area chart, Basic bar chart and Basic column chart.
If you want to show table with different units, create the chart with desired columns from a table, go to Series Setting of the chart and enable the option Show vertical axis.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Thanks a lot Milan, it works.
Just wondering how do I adjust the Min&Max value of 2nd (or 3rd) vertical axis? I can only find columns to adjust 1st Y axis' Min&Max.
Hi jxc585,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Yes with built in features of plugin it is only possible to adjust min nad max value for first vertical axis.
But you can check in our documentation about wpDataCharts callbacks .
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
