Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see them except us.
This was happening because Employees (Ana Benzan and Dr. Carlton Calhoun) were not connected with Locations (In-person and Virtual Meeting). When you have at least one created Location in Amelia plugin, you must connect the Employee with the Location where he is working.
In Amelia it is not possible to connect Employee with more than one location, and from your use case I see that you want to determine if customer wants "In-person" meeting or "Virtual Meeting". If you want to achieve this, I suggest you to delete these two locations (In-person and Virtual Meeting) and create one Radio Buttons or SelectboxCustom Field where you will be asking the customer what type of meeting he wants (In-person or Virtual Meeting).
Otherwise, if you want to have locations, like now, you must duplicate Employees and connect them with different locations (e.g. Dr. Carlton Calhoun that is working on "In-person" location, and another that is working on "Virtual Meeting" location). One employee will work on "In-person" location, and one will work "Virtual Meeting" location, but this is not good idea because duplicated employee is one person and it might happen that one customer book an appointment with the Employee that is working on "In-person" location and another to book an appointment with the employee that is working on "Virtual Meeting" location in the same time.
You are welcome. If you need any further assistance don't hesitate to open a new ticket. We'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. Thanks!

That makes sense. Thank you! Love this plugin, too!
