We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

If you guys provide a solution to a problem, could you please post the solution as a public comment and not private?  It doesn't help to use your ticketing system to look for a solution when it's private.

This is in reference to  PUBLIC TICKET #1667991

    Hi lnuth,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for late response.

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.

We can't make private tickets or comments to public because they contain sensitive and confidential data from customer website or datasource.

Cause of the issues can be different because of the many reasons(server configuration, wordpress settings,  plugins or theme conflict...)

Issue on that ticket cause date format in wordpress settings(because it was set on F j, Y which means month(string) day, year. Because his site was set on other language those months are convert to that language  and wpdatatables only recognize English names of the month . Changing data format in his wordpress settings to default mysql format 2018-02-02 was solution for this ticket.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
