I am unsure what to do when it comes to setting up the emails that are scheduled (with the clock next to them)
It says to input the code into my cron but I have no idea what this is or how to set it up. I have tried using the documents you have on the website but I have not found it helpful at all! I really don't know where to start with it.

The software utility cron is a time-based job scheduler in Unix-like computer operating systems. People who set up and maintain software environments use cron to schedule jobs (commands or shell scripts) to run periodically at fixed times, dates, or intervals.
Cron can be usually set up on your Hosting panel. Can you please send me your CPanel or Hosting login so I can take a look at it? Just please mark the reply as PRIVATE so nobody else can see it except us.
