Ive been using the plugin for almost 2 years. I had to buy support at the beginning of this year because when i updated the plugin some tables start having problems. last week i updated the plugin and again i have some problems, the search filter is not working. i searched in the opened tickets and found this one...
But i asked what was the solution, and the answer its to buy support to submit a new support ticket. I don't think i should buy support to solve a problem that other users are having and that was caused by a plugin update.
I also would like to note, you don't have a way to open a ticket to start a complain on your service or the plugin.
You misunderstood our support manager. We ask our users to open a new ticket for every support request because it is much easier for us to maintain ticketing system that way and it is much easier for users to find valid answer in open tickets. We are still waiting for that client to get back to us so we could debug this and that is the reason why we didn't just tell you what the problem is.
If you think that you found a bug you can submit it here preferably with information how to reproduce it. We will test it and if we could manage to reproduce it we will solve the problem and release the patch in next plugin version. We will create a channel for bug reporting soon.
I read about this error on internet it seems to be a client problem, they recommend to flush DNS´s (ipconfig /flushdns) and renew them (ipconfig /renew) on your PC.

This is rather strange. I'm still unable to access your website from my work ISP but I could from my home. I saw the problem and I need FTP account to debug it.
Are you using MySQL-based wpDataTables? If your MySQL-query based wpDataTable doesn’t work correctly with server-side processing, probably this is happening because wpDataTables server has problems with parsing of the query and building new queries dynamically (happens rarely, but does sometimes). To avoid this please prepare a MySQL view (a stored query), which will return the data that you need, call it e.g. “view1” and then build a wpDataTabled based on a simple query like “SELECT * FROM view1″.
Milos you were right, with a view everything works fine. It´s the same data but with a view and it filters normally. Thank you very much!!! your post really helped me.

Unfortunately I'm still unable to access your website.
I talked with hosting service, they cleared cache and checked the DNS status and they are working fine. They asked me to tell you this:
1. Check in a different browser
2. Clear browser cache
3. Renew DNS and flush them
I also checked with some friends in France, Canada, USA, Colombia, Argentina and Hong Kong and they access the web site fine.

im sorry for the delay on my response... but i think i have a more accurate definition of the problem.
When the table is
Server-side processing
Enable server-side processing: ON
Searching by text won't work. But the pre defined filters, for example on a select box work fine.
But when server side processing it´s OFF; the filters on select box wont work but the search filter by text works fine.
