(1) If I design a table, does it become a custom post type so that I can then search it or display it as I do any other custom post type?
Our manually created table creates their own tables in the database and can be searched/filtered with our built in search field or column filters or with any tool capable to search through database tables
(2) Is it possible to export data from one of your tables to specific fields in a separate custom post type?
Our plugin is designed to preview the data in table form and export the data outside of the website (like CSV, Excel, PDF...). To show the data from it in different form you need to find a solution or develop one which will get data from database and show it in requested form but this couldn't be done with built in tools
For testing purpose we have sandbox website where you can see and test all plugin functionalities
