I get HTTP 500 error on ajax-admin.php every time when I am trying to generate report. I have only wpDataTables and Report Generator plugins. What can cause it?
When this error happens the issue can be with the template.
Here are some clues where to start:
- Maybe the Link to template file is not valid. Please upload template file by clicking on the Browse button and valid template link will be automatically inserted
Also check your wp-config.php file and tell me did you made some changes to that file.
I have been trying fix it many ways. I even used none source with empty xlsx file template. Still Download Preview Reports causes this error. On the other hand - other plugins, or even wpDataTables generates files succesfully. I didn't make any changes in wp-config file.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I would like point that it doesn't matter that it's stand on localhost, on web server result is the same.

I have just updated plugin to 1.1.4, but without any effect - still I am getting error 500. I don't get any errors in php logs.
