Unfortunately, adding HTML tags to service description is not possible. Description can only be set on service, and it doesn't accept HTML tags.
As for other 2 requests, we will consider to add description in email notification and on search page in some of our next updates.

but if I tried to place 2 services shortodes in one page (I view description!) but booking doesn't work :)
