Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can or you are posting on thickets that are not yours please open a new one and we will help you there. I'm getting errors and experiencing a lot of instability with the plugin. For instance the following :
1- When trying to insert data in a row in Standard or Excel-Like editor:
There was an error trying to update the row! Error: Table 'intelekc_wp835.wpep_wpdatatable_3' doesn't exist
2- When trying to apply
Rendered query: SELECT * FROM wpep_wpdatatable_3 LIMIT 10 MySQL said: Table 'intelekc_wp835.wpep_wpdatatable_3' doesn't exist
I was able at some point to save a few records but when I went back to the table, everything was gone.
I have another table that seems to work fine but I'm afraid to touch it now, although the duplicate button doesn't work either.
