We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
[ameliacatalog category=1] is not working when I enter it into the correct widget on Wordpress. Because of my theme I have to use the widget. Currently it will only show if I use [ameliabooking] or [ameliacatalog] -- I only have 3 things I offer and they require pictures to choose. I'd like to be able to show each service with pictures and price... What am I doing wrong?
Hi Jennifer,
Can you please send me the page where you want to put this shortcode and the screenshot where it should be rendered so I can take a look at it?
Hi Jennifer,
It is not working because you don't have a Category with the ID 1. ID is not how you named the category, than it is the ID from the database. Your category ID is 4. I have added a shortcode [ameliacatalog category=4] and it's working now.
You can see the list of the categories ID's when you go on WordPress page, click Amelia button and select this shortcode (Please take a look at the image from the attachment).
Got it, thank you!
