The Word Wrap option and the Limit table width option will be visible if the Scrollable option from the table settings is unchecked.
Can you please uncheck Scrollable option and tell me if the Limit table width and width option available for your table. When you do this then for each column in column settings will be available to set the width.
So reason I can't seem to find this.

I have attached a screen shot of my page. Can you please help me find the Column width.
My goal is to make the spots in Green half the size. so the (Days) part sits under the Travel / Onsite.
