I just bought Amelia plugin. I will use it for managing fitness group classes bookings. How can I setup recurring group classes on my schedule? And also, why I need to put some customer while creating an appointment?
Unfortunately recurring appointments are not supported by our plugin at the moment. As this is one of the most requested features we plan to implement it in one of the future versions. As for the adding the customers, our plugin functions like that. You are creating the services, employees and locations on the back-end and you are connecting them so the plugin can function properly. After that the customers on the front booking form choose a service, employee and location (if there are more than one) and then choose the date and time to schedule the appointment. Because you are setting this up for a fitness group classes, I suppose that the classes are only in the certain hours of the day. You should set that in the Working Hours setting so your customers will see only that period of time for selecting the group class.
