We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Thank you for your inquire.
We have integrated "Follow table filtering" feature - Documentation which allows you to filter the chart by filtering the table. It will update the chart automatically upon filter apply. Please be aware that, in other for this to work, you need to have both table and chart presented on the page. If you don't need the table you can hide it with CSS
How can I hide the table while maintaining the visibility of the filtering menu with CSS? It has been a while since I delved into CSS in general, so I would appreciate an example. Thanks!
Hi David,
To hide all elements around the table and table itself but not filters best way would be to use id of table wrapper div named table_1_wrapper where 1 is id of the table on the page so for the first table on the page it will be
You can place this code directly on the page by pasting it on text tab of page content editor (TinyMCE) or to place it in Custom CSS field on Settings page but this way it will be applied on every first table on the page.
