We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Bonjour,

    Je voudrais savoir comment faire pour que mes patients puissent réserver pour une consultation à domicile et pas uniquement en cabinet, dans un lieu précis. 

    Comment faire pour que les patients qui réservent à domicile ne puisse le faire qu'avec certains employés et pas tous (je ne consulte qu'en cabinet mais travaille avec un kiné qui consultent à domicile).


    Comment avoir leur adresse lors de la réservation et comment modifier les mails automatiques dans le cas où les patients choisissent à domicile et pas en cabinet.

    Thank you for your purchase and thank you for this inquiry.

    Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment but, but as the custom fields feature was one of the most requested we have added it in our plans and we will develop it very soon. After we release a version with the custom fields you will be able to add a field to the booking process where your customers will be able to enter their address so you can see it and provide a service on their address. 

    As for the option to separate employees who provide service at home and in the office, you can create two different services: Consultations at home, and Consultations at office and assign employees to one or the other. For now, you can set emails to be sent after the appointment is made, you just can't put an address of the customer in the email as this is not implemented yet.
