Problems with sorting in the table

    I have problems sorting my table by date.

    When i make the row a date, and sort it, it look the shown on the attached picture. If i turn server side OFF then half of the information dissapears. What to do, the date sort is very important for the use of this table. BTW not even the entry date is shown correctly

    What i need: I need the row "Behandlingsdato" which is a date, to show the newest at the top.

    Thank you for the purchase.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see them except us.

    Can you try to disable server-side processing for this table and see if this would resolve the issue?

    When i disable server-side processing, alot of the information dissapears.

    In the future server-side processing should hopefully be on atleast every 6 hours.

    As I see date sorting is working for Behandlingsdato column but it is not working for Entry Date column. 

    When server side processing is enabled (and it should be if you will have a lot of entries in the form) there are issues with sorting and searching/filtering some columns. You can see the notice on your wpDataTable when server-side is enabled.

    "Please be aware that sorting and searching may not work as expected for complex entries when server side is turned on. This problem is on Gravity side and we are working on solution"

    We will try to fix this issue for the next update. Until that you can disable sorting just for this Entry Date column.
