Hi, I am using your plugin in my driving lesson school. However, when someone books an appointment, i need them to answer some additional question or at least mention the place from should I pick them up. But I do not see any option to include any custom questions. Can you please suggest a solution.

Currently we are working on Custom Fields feature and it will be available in the next update 1.3.
